Anthony Cauterucci is an international business and project development professional
with over 16 years of experience in the identification, development and capturing of new business/project
opportunities across a wide spectrum of industries. His is a diverse career with successful engagements
in both private industry as well as several non-profit corporations.
He was instrumental in building the Latin American division for an international development consulting
company implementing sustainable projects for the World Bank, IDB, OAS, USAID, etc. In addition, he has
hands on experience assisting both for profit and not-for profit ventures in the development of revenue
generating centers and projects assisting disadvantaged populations. In one such instance he oversaw
the development and implementation of employment and revenue generating programs for international
workshops affiliated with Very Special Arts (Kennedy Foundation) assisting people with disabilities
in Bolivia, Colombia, Guatemala, India, Kenya, and Venezuela.
Anthony's ability to develop networks of key contacts, decision-makers in both the public and private
sectors has led to long-term collaborations between both sectors. He is particularly adept at gathering
strategic and tactical marketing intelligence. His leadership style is balanced and positive and is both
results as well as team-oriented.
Throughout his professional and personal life, he has been committed to building strong communities
where indigenous leadership and their contributions are recognized, mentored, developed and supported.
At one point, he served as community advisor for The Experimental Gallery of the Smithsonian Institute
assisting the Gallery in the creation of a participatory and interactive exhibit focusing on racial,
ethnic and cultural diversity involving 12 elementary and junior high schools from the greater Washington
metropolitan area.
